FEM’s Winter Print Issue: Imagination

FEM’s Winter print issue is finally out! For the first time in five years, we received funding from Student Media to publish a printed edition of poetry, featured artists, designs, event reviews, and much more.
The Imagination issue discusses responses to the 2016 presidential election, health disparities in the LGBTQ+ community, mental illness, feminist self-defense, the stories of undocumented immigrants, and so much more.
The UCLA Center for the Study of Women is partnering with FEM on Monday, March 6, from 3 p.m to 5 p.m. in 1500 Public Affairs – come by and pick up your copy (they’re free!). There will also be snacks and great conversation with fellow intersectional feminists. Additionally, FEM staff will distribute the print edition (and stickers!) throughout the day on Bruin Walk this Thursday, March 9. Catch us there from 9 AM to 3 PM!
The print issue will also be available in the following UCLA departments during business hours, throughout Week 9: the English department in Humanities 149, the Gender Studies department at Rolfe 1120, and others – check the FEM Facebook page for further information.
If you can’t make it to get your copy at any of the above times, you can always stop by FEM’s office in 118 Kerckhoff Hall.
